About the Role:

Title : Technical Writer

Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite)

Familiarity with Loans PQ, DataSafe, SharePoint and Lighthouse

Time Management and Organization Skills

General Description:

Develops, writes and/or updates procedures as needed. Identifies, researches, tracks, monitors and resolves operational and general technical changes related to operational procedures for branches. Prepares, formats, and designs weekly and ad hoc communications to frontline staff. Maintain employee facing Retail Connections page with current and relevant information to support business unit goals and the organizations strategic goals.

Tasks, Duties, Functions:

• Develops, writes and updates clear, concise, and accurate procedures as warranted by business units, project deliveries, or requests to ticketing queue.
• Obtains additional background and development information through research and interviews with departments responsible for providing background information.
• Works closely with subject matter experts and business partners to gather information and approvals to ensure the accuracy of the content.
• Translate complex technical information/processes into easily understandable text for various audiences.

Salary Range: T he salary for this position is between $83,000 - $93,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
