Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax & Audit Accountant to join our financial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals and businesses, as well as conducting audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of tax laws and accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Conduct audits for clients to ensure accuracy and adherence to financial standards.
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients to optimize their tax positions.
• Review and analyze financial statements and accounting records for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist clients in addressing tax-related inquiries and issues throughout the year.
• Stay updated on recent tax law changes and regulations affecting clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and auditing.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance issues.
• Experience with CCH Access is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
