A prominent law firm is seeking a seasoned Estate and Trust Practice Attorney for its Seattle office. This position is ideal for a client-focused attorney with a passion for succession planning and a track record of delivering strategic estate counsel to individuals and closely held businesses.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide sophisticated estate and trust counsel to high-net-worth clients
• Advise on tax strategies, succession planning, and generational wealth transfer
• Interpret and apply Washington community property law
• Support closely held businesses with estate-integrated transition plans
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients in key industry sectors
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on integrated legal strategies
Qualifications
• Minimum of five years of estate and trust law experience
• Admission to the Washington State Bar and Oregon State Bar
• Experience serving clients in at least one major industry sector (preferred)
• Demonstrated client development success
• JD from an accredited U.S. law school
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a service-oriented approach
