We are hiring a Customer Service Representative II (Damage Prevention Analyst) with expertise in One Call ticket management for oil & gas, utilities, or pipeline operations . This role ensures regulatory compliance and prevents damage to gas transmission pipelines across the U.S. and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and triage One Call excavation tickets (811 / Click Before You Dig) within regulatory timelines.
• Coordinate with State/Provincial One Call Centers , regulators, and internal operations teams.
• Identify and investigate third-party excavation risks and potential unauthorized activities near pipelines.
• Support and enhance the One Call Management System (e.g., IRTH Utilisphere).
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian pipeline safety regulations .

Requirements

• 4+ years in damage prevention, pipeline safety, utilities, or oil & gas operations OR related degree with relevant experience.
• Strong map reading skills and familiarity with GIS mapping systems .
• Knowledge of pipeline regulatory standards (U.S. & Canada).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with line locating, ticket screening, and One Call software .
• Interaction with regulators, utility companies, and excavation contractors .
• Familiarity with damage prevention networks and industry associations .
