Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and providing insights through financial analysis. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle auditing, tax preparation, and budgeting while also contributing to the overall financial strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Oversee tax preparation and ensure timely filing of tax returns.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support business objectives.
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes efficiently.
• Conduct reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Utilize ERP systems for financial reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Experience with auditing and tax preparation.
• Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent financial analysis skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
