Job Description

A full-time Social Worker position is available to support K-12 students in a school setting, located in the Wilkes Barre, PA area. This contract role is expected to last through the current school year or until a permanent hire is made. The work environment encompasses both high school and middle school levels, providing a dynamic opportunity to make a positive impact across a diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and support services to students of varying ages.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and community resources to address student needs.
• Conduct assessments to develop individualized support plans.
