A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Social Worker specializing in school settings to support K-12 students throughout a full semester contract. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement intervention plans.
• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and connect families with community resources.
• Support crisis intervention and conflict resolution within the school setting.
• Advocate for students social and emotional health in alignment with school policies and procedures.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Degree in Social Work or related field with appropriate licensure or certification.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in school settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Familiarity with community resources and support services.
