Job Description

My client is an International industry leading meat processor and they are looking for a Production Supervisor for the facility located in Northeast Georgia. This role is on their mid shift and will be responsible for about 15 non union associates.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the swing shift
• Ensure compliance with USDA, HACCP, and company food safety standards
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and training
• Collaborate with maintenance, QA, and logistics teams to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement

✅ Qualifications:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a food or meat processing environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and production best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
