Job Overview:

The Product Management Intern is an asset in the successful creation and maintenance of technical documentation and the development and maintenance of training materials.
Furthermore, the intern will communicate with Streamline leadership and subject matter experts to create training materials and technical documentation that meet, support and incorporate Streamline’s business needs, principles, objectives, strategies, and policies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists in modifying, revising, and updating the content of existing training programs.
• Creates graphics, and visuals to support content delivery.
• Creates technical documentation for SmartCare products, including User Guides & Manuals, Product Specs and marketing specs.
• Conducts product acceptance testing

Job Requirements:

• Associates degree in one of the following fields: Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or Business Administration, or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Complex problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
• Experience with Office Suite Software (i.e. Google Suite or MS Office)
• Medical software experience helpful
• Able to work 20 hours per week during regular business hours
