Job Description

• *Office Support Clerk (Temp)**
• *Shift:** Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• *Pay Rate:** $ 22.00/hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Support Clerk to assist with general clerical and administrative tasks in a manufacturing environment. This is a temporary, part-time position. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Answer incoming calls and operate a multi-line switchboard
• Perform data entry and general data processing tasks
• Maintain office records and filing systems
• Collect and input information into computer systems
• Distribute and process incoming/outgoing mail
• Support administrative programs and processes as assigned
• Assist with accounting, production recording, and related office duties

**Requirements:**

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Entry-level; no prior manufacturing experience required
• Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays if needed
• Pre-placement background check required
• Ability to stand continuously and perform frequent physical tasks including bending, lifting, reaching, and twisting
