Title of Position: Kitchen Manager

Job Description: The Kitchen Manager is responsible for leading department-level restaurant operations; models and demonstrates leadership grounded in our company’s core values. A successful Kitchen Manager consistently delivers balanced results through our systems, methods and procedures. This will lead to sustained growth in sales and profits achieved through personal, people, business and results leadership. Our Kitchen Manager will realize our team members are the primary factor to ensure the success of our business. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for seem-less BOH operations in the absence of the Executive Kitchen Manager and is responsible for working in the FOH as well. As the Kitchen Manager you will be responsible for hiring and retaining a talented team and providing opportunities for their professional growth.

Qualifications:

· This Manager should possess 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience in both the FOH and BOH

· This Manager should have passion for developing and mentoring people

· This Manager should have open availability
