As a Junior Project Sales Consultant (PSC) , you’ll gain the tools, training, and mentorship to transition from the field to a client-focused, design-build role with real impact—and real opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Support & Learn : Assist senior consultants in client meetings, proposals, and project design while learning the ins and outs of our sales process.
• Customer Focus : Help understand client needs and develop tailored solutions with guidance from experienced team members.
• Project Coordination : Track project milestones, manage communications, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Professional Development : Participate in structured sales and leadership training designed to build your confidence and capability.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with our construction, design, and estimating teams to support smooth project delivery.

Who You Are

• Some background in construction, trades, or related industries ( wood or steel frame experience is preferred)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Hungry to learn, open to coaching, and driven to grow
• Organized and reliable, with a customer-first mindset
• Curious, helpful, and eager to start building a long-term career
