Fully understand, support, manage Salesforce and Salesforce processes and provide insight into best practices Respond to customer support tickets promptly, providing concierge-level technical support, documenting resolutions to support requests daily, and escalating tickets as needed Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce.com releases, technologies, applications, and integrations Manage standard and custom objects, such as pages, fields, formulas Provide day-to-day end-user support and share best practices and increase Salesforce knowledge across the organization Add and update workflows, rules, formulas, and flows to manage standard and custom objects Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved within a timely manner Assist in the development of training plans, materials, and documentation for Salesforce users Monitor user adoption rates and work with Technology team to respond as needed (additional training sessions, communication, modifications, or other resources) Maintain user roles, profiles, security, and access Develop and communicate a schedule for future feature releases/enhancements Prepare required analytical reports/dashboards to support the user teams Develop, implement and ensure compliance with Change Management Process Make recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, efficiency, internal business process, and reporting.
