Job Description

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a dynamic corporation in the San Fernando Valley (near Northridge) seeking an experienced In-House Corporate Paralegal to join their legal team. The Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for providing support to the legal department and other internal departments handling a variety of transactional matters. This role offers a comprehensive opportunity for an individual to utilize their expertise in corporate governance, contract management, and intellectual property.

Responsibilities

  • Contract database management.
  • Preparing and interpreting contracts and agreements.
  • Entity formations and dissolutions.
  • Corporate governance for existing entities.
  • Managing and tracking intellectual property registrations.
  • Acting as a liaison between the legal department and other internal departments, outside counsel, and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Paralegal Certificate is required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of in a corporate legal environment.
  • Entity Formation and Corporate Governance experience required.
  • Regulatory Compliance or Government Contract experience is a big plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Additional Details

  • Competitive salary with a range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
