About the job Data Entry Clerk / Virtual Assistant (Remote) We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk / Virtual Assistant to help with maintaining a database of information and adding to it on a regular basis. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining a database of contacts
• Setting appointments
• Adhering to guidelines and standards
• Taking notes for specific contacts
• Helping contacts get the right information
• Speaking with contacts shortly to coordinate meetings and conversations

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills:

• Communication skills
• English fluency
• Organization skills
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in multitasking
• Good working memory
• Experience with data entry
• Accuracy and attention to detail
