About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to join its executive management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizational leadership, managing a large administrative team, and spearheading key initiatives to enhance the infrastructure that supports the staff in their vital work. Applicants for the CAO position at the company should have a deep belief in the organization's mission and a proven track record in operational oversight, particularly in facilities and asset management. A background in a multi-site organization with 24/7 operations is ideal, and experience in leading an IT function is a strong plus. The CAO will work closely with the executive team, program staff, and the Board of Directors, and must be adept at managing and mentoring a diverse team.
