We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Operations team. This early-career opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, streamlining processes, and working collaboratively across departments to drive results. In this role, you will support initiatives that improve operational efficiency, enhance customer and team member experiences, and align business needs with technical solutions. This is a fully onsite position located at our corporate campus in Phoenix, AZ.
